Patti Miller ~ Massage Practitioner and Holistic Health Educator

ALOHA! My training is extensive in Hawaiian Massage and other Hawaiian Healing techniques, and I have practised and taught Holistic Health for over 20 years. I have been trained in and have certifications in Lomilomi, Counselling, Life Coaching, Aromatherapy, Breathwork and Reflexology. My sessions work holistically on the body, mind and the spirit. I currently offer private sessions on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, in BC Canada. Personal training, online classes and group workshops are offered regularly for those who would like become a practitioner. I create original mixed media works of art, available at Bear Heart Wellness & Creative Arts Space in Robert's Creek, BC, Canada.

HAWAIIAN LOMILOMI MASSAGE & SACRED BODYWORK

Nurturing to the heart and soul,

Lomilomi massage is sacred transforming bodywork,
given with Aloha – unconditional love.

This massage is rhythmic, flowing, loving and therapeutic.
It increases circulation by flushing the lymphatic system.
The massage can involve light, medium or deep pressure, depending on your needs.

Sessions can involve assisted stretching of the limbs of the body, with rotations to open the joints,

and other techniques, including Shamanic Bodywork, Energy Work, Breathwork,

Ho'oponopono (forgiveness process) Guided Meditation and Ancestral healing.

A shorter session can be used to focus on one area of the body,
such as calves & feet, neck & shoulders, or upper back & arms.

Energy Healing, Shamanic Bodywork, Breathwork and Long Distance Healing are also available.

INTUITIVE READINGS AND SPIRITUAL COUNSELLING

The work I do often involves communication with the spirit world,

healing with prayer, releasing patterns of trauma or fear,

and connecting to one's personal power to manifest goals and dreams.

This can involve:

messages from your ancestors, angels, spirit guides or loved ones who have passed over,

the Hawaiian Ho'oponopono process for forgiveness and liberation,

re-patterning limiting beliefs or unhealthy habits,

connecting you to your personal power for manifestation,

and healing prayers and blessings.
