In this 5 day training,  Patti will teach a Temple Style Lomi routine that is sacred and trans-formative and healing on many levels.  This full body lomi routine involves many flowing and wonderfully relaxing forearm strokes, and deeper elbow strokes that open and release stress and tension.  Patti will introduce the use of the forearm in Lomi as a massage tool for the practitioner. This technique is used for all the major muscle groups of the body in various ways, and saves the practitioner stress and tension in their wrists and thumbs over years of practice. Students will also learn assisted stretches and joint rotations to open the shoulders, hips, knees and wrists. This style of Lomilomi involves the use of breath and other shamanic techniques for releasing blocked energy from the body.
