In this 8 day training, Patti will teach the advanced level use of the forearm as a maasage tool in Lomi, and other shamanic processes and techniques for releasing blocked energy from the body. This full body lomi routine involves more flowing and wonderfully relaxing forearm strokes, and deeper use of elbow strokes to open and release stress and tension. Students will also learn advanced level, deep assisted stretches and deep, slow joint rotations to open the shoulders, hips, knees and wrists. This training includes morning movement and meditations to open and strengthen the practitioner.
