Lomi Pule O'o:

This 4 day class is a beautiful fusion of the different styles of Lomilomi Massage that I carry in my halau. In this course, the students learn a flowing, loving and effective massage routine that combines my favorite strokes from the traditional lineages from Maui, the Big Island and Kauai. The use of the forearm will be introduced, as well as other massage strokes using your hands.  There is much focus given to exploring the use of prayer in healing, and how to work with the spirits of the ancestors, and healing patterns relating to the family lineage.

4) Big Island Lomi - Part Two - Front of Body
- Hawaiian Massage and the Power of Forgiveness ~ Mar 15 & 16, 2025

Big Island Lomi:

This 4 day class will immerse students in the beauty and richness of Hawaiian Lomilomi Massage. We will share strokes and techniques from the halau of Aunty Margaret, from the Big Island. The use of the forearm will be introduced, as well as other massage techniques, assisted stretching and joint rotations.  We will explore the traditional teachings of Hawaiian healing, with Aloha & Ho'oponopono ~ Love and Forgiveness.

5) Hawaiian Shamanic Bodywork - Kahi Loa
Energy Work, Shamanic Healing & The Power of Manifestation ~ May 17 & 18, 2025

 

Kahi Loa ~ Shamanic Bodywork:

Come join me for a weekend of fun and healing power!  Explore how to feel, move and clear the energy that exists in the body. Develop a stronger connection to the spirit world and your spirit guides! Kahi Loa is a gentle healing modality which uses many different types of hands on healing techniques.  This form of healing is done with clothes on, and with no oil. In this 2 day training, participants will learn how to call in assistance from the spirit world and the forces of nature to bring healing to another.  There will be Hawaiian teachings for self empowerment, and a group manifestation ceremony.
